The Driving Skills Institute has developed a series of specific Community Programs that are available for free. These programs are available for high schools and parent/teacher organizations, community and social clubs, churches, companies, health organizations, and many more specific organizations. They are sponsored and costs paid for by MasterDrive.
The subject matter can be a variety of topics that are effective in specific strategies for people to learn more about driving safely, and protecting themselves and their families.
This can be anywhere from a 20 minute talk at a social club program, or a one hour discussion at a “lunch and learn” for a company, or a 2 hour seminar format for parents and teens who are preparing to go through the “learning to drive” process.
One of the most popular programs is the Beyond Blind Faith program, which is a seminar for new drivers and their parents. The one to two hour program is a totally unique seminar designed to equip parents with strategies for teaching their teen what he/she needs to learn to become a competent and safe driver. It is also designed to impact a teen’s thinking in this learning to drive process, in a highly effective and fun way.
