Coaching Opportunities

Our driving instructors are called coaches because what they do goes beyond just driving instruction. They are trained to understand how the brain learns and how skills are programmed into the subconscious mind. Our coaches connect with students and know how to instill the confidence and self-control they need to handle crisis situations on the road.

Providing the best training to our students is so important that our staff selection, training, and preparation process is extensive. We are committed to our staff’s safety and success!  We provide thorough training in all aspects of driving safety and instruction.

We have a very diverse team with widely varied prior work and volunteer experience.  We are seeking people that have excellent communication skills, enjoy mentoring and motivating others and have a love of learning.

We are currently hiring for both weekends (7:45am- 4:00pm both Saturday & Sunday) AND weekdays (3:30pm-9:00pm).  We have both Part Time and Full Time opportunities.


  • 9+ years driving experience.
  • Hold a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with teens and adults in a teaching or mentoring role.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism.
  • Pass a background check.

Our offices are closed on weekends, but students are in classes, on-street sessions and in driving camps.
