Our instructional staff are the heart and soul of our program. Our instructors strive to help each student maximize their knowledge, skill and overall personal performance.  We want instill the confidence they will need to handle crisis situations on the road!  Our motto is; “Saving Lives, One Driver at a Time” and we often hear from  graduates that our staff and our program has, in fact, saved their life!  Join our team and contribute to a student’s life in a positive way!

Providing the best training to our students is so important that our staff selection, training, and preparation process is extensive. We are committed to our staff’s safety and success!  We provide thorough training in all aspects of driving safety and instruction.

We have a very diverse team with widely varied prior work and volunteer experience.  We are seeking people that have excellent communication skills, enjoy mentoring and motivating others and have a love of learning.

We are currently hiring for both weekends (7:45am- 4:00pm both Saturday & Sunday) AND weekdays (3:30pm-9:00pm).  We have both Part Time and Full Time opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years driving experience.
• Hold a valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with teens and adults in a teaching or mentoring role.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism.
• Pass a background check.
