Every year thousands of drivers move to Colorado, many from states without severe winter weather. Whether you are an adult driver new to driving in snowy conditions or a parent of a teen who needs to know how to negotiate icy roads, our winter driving program is an important step to a safer winter.
This two-hour training* will prepare any driver for the perils of driving in slick road conditions. It’s not just watching a video or listening to a lecture – you’ll be on the skidpad practicing skid recoveries, braking techniques, and spin control with one of our expert coaches.

Winter Driving Skills Camp
$3753-hour behind-the-wheel instruction for experienced drivers focused on improving the driver’s understanding of operating a vehicle in treacherous conditions.
Improving the driver’s understanding of driving performance, increasing confidence, and reaction times make for safer driving and more enjoyment on the road.
Only licensed drivers are eligible for enrollment.
Teen Driver Skid Camp
$225Our special 2 hour behind-the-wheel instruction for TEEN DRIVERS IN TRAINING gives new, unlicensed drivers the opportunity to experience what the start of a skid feels like and teaches how to recover from it.
Giving new drivers critical winter driving skills in a closed-range environent can lead to increased confidence and competency.
