To allow us to build a training package for your student, please tell us the elements of training you'd like to include in your student's package:
- 30 Hours Live Classroom ($225)
- 30 Hours Online Self-Paced Classroom ($99)
- EDAP (For students over the age of 15½ only) ($75)
- Skid Camp- 2 Hour Winter Driving Skills ($199)
- Driving Skills Development Camp-FULL DAY Defensive Skills + Winter Driving Skills $769
- 3 On-Street Lessons (6 hours total) Skid Camp or Driving Camp is required for all MasterDrive students ($600)
- Drive Test ($75) (Only available to MasterDrive Graduates)

The training required before you can apply for a license depends on how old you are when you start the process; students under 15.5 must complete 30 hours of classroom/online education, and students between 15.5-16 can either do 30 hours of classroom/online or a 4 hour driver awareness program.

We may decide to adapt the content, methodology, or delivery of instruction. Providing this information ensures that training is conducted as efficiently, thoroughly and safely as possible.
Contract and Consent(Required)
MasterDrive Contract and Waiver of Liability / Release Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between MasterDrive and the student, and any verbal assurances or promises not contained herein are not binding on either the school or the student.

1. I understand that if my purchase is a package of services, that special pricing was made available to me to purchase these services in a bundle. Therefore, I acknowledge that partial refunds will not be available for unused portions of the package.

2. I understand that the agreement to deliver the defined training services will expire twelve (12) months after issuance of a permit or eighteen months (18) months after enrollment, whichever is later.

3. I agree to provide evidence that my vehicle and DRIVER are fully insured during the period of my participation in the MasterDrive training program, and my vehicle will not be equipped with studded tires.

4. I accept and assume full responsibility for my/my student's actions during all MasterDrive training. Participant's attendance is voluntary, and I/he/she elects to participate despite the inherent risks.

5. I do consent for the use of photographs and/or videotapes taken of me/my student for the purposes of promotion, marketing or distribution in any manner by MasterDrive.

6. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if I/my student is injured or if my property is damaged during my participation in this training, I/my student may be found by a court of law to have waived my/their right to maintain a lawsuit against MasterDrive, its agents, instructors, insurers, sponsors, employees, successors and assigns.

7. I acknowledge that if I have provided my personal and credit card account information to MasterDrive, solely for the purpose of allowing fees to be charged on my credit card for services provided. If I have entered into a payment plan agreement, I give MasterDrive permission to retain my personal and credit card information for ongoing charges pursuant to the payment plan that I have entered into with MasterDrive.

8. I understand that at the sole discretion of MasterDrive, any monies refunded to customers will be assessed a 5% fee to cover banking and processing fees incurred by MasterDrive, for payments received.

9. I agree to endeavor to keep scheduled training events and understand that there may be reschedule fees unless MasterDrive is notified more than 48 hours in advance of a training event. Fees are as follows: $50 for classroom, on-street sessions, tests, in office appointments, and $150 for each four hours of range training, $75 for shorter range training sessions.

10. By signing this document, I agree to receive emails, phone calls and text messages from MasterDrive, including reminders of training events, inventory releases and communications concerning changes in curriculum.

11. I understand that MasterDrive may make a decision to reschedule training events due to weather. These decisions are made thoughtfully with the goal to keep students and staff as safe as possible.

12. Under this agreement an instructor may not provide behind-the-wheel training to more than two individual students per session.

13. MasterDrive partners with our students and clients in the training process and if there is a breakdown in that partnership we reserve the right to cease training, cancel appointments and at our discretion refund monies owed for services not provided. Any refund will be minus a 5% payment processing fee.

14. Live Classroom sessions are typically 8 hours in length and total thirty (30) hours of classroom instruction. Details of the Self Paced Online Classroom option are provided in the log-in instructions sent to the purchaser, or by calling 800-942-2050 Monday-Friday 8am -5pm Central. Behind-the-wheel sessions are two hours in duration and typically total six (6) hours of instruction, other amounts are available. Details of each package of training sessions or separate training sessions can be found at www.masterdrive.com. Availability and scheduling may be accomplished by calling (720) 893-1249 Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm Mountain.
